1 Bligh is a sustainnably designed office building located in Sydney’s central business district overlooking Circular Quay, the Sydney Harbour, and the Sydney Harbour Bridge. The building has been awarded a 6 Star Green Star – Office Design v2 Certified rating and has earned a 5-star NABERS Energy rating. The Evac System contributed to the high green standards of the building, thanks to the very low water consumption of Evac toilets, 1.2 L compared to conventional 6 L per flush. In addition, the system offered a full layout flexibility for tenants fitting and a great increase in net leasable space.
