Evac N°30 HQE vacuum collection unit

The Evac N°30 HQE vacuum collection unit provides vacuum suction for black water, gray water, and condensates. It is designed to cater for heavy load situations, such as those seen in vacuum toilet installations in airports, railway stations, sports arenas, and hotels. It is fully compliant with the European standard EN 12109: Vacuum drainage systems inside buildings. The sewage is intercepted by the vacuum tank and does not pass through the vacuum pumps. This protects the pumps from clogging or damage by foreign objects resulting from vandalism or misuse of the vacuum toilets.

  • For land-based applications
  • Fully compliant with the European standard EN 12109
  • Designed especially for high traffic areas such as airports, railway stations, sports arenas, and hotels

  • Competitively priced
  • Compact design
  • No water consumption
  • Low power consumption compared to liquid-ring pump systems
  • Combined system (for Asian market only) provides high redundancy and availability

We also offer the HQE retrofit skid to upgrade existing vacuum collecting units with dry vacuum pump technology and optimized automation. The retrofit offers various options: air filter level switches, two-part skid configuration, and a BMS (RJ45 connection).

The vacuum unit is composed of a 2,900-liter epoxy-coated or stainless steel collection tank, two rotary-claw vacuum pumps (available with various flow rates), two discharge pumps (DN100 for MAX units and DN50 for other units), a control panel for power and regulation (with optional BMS connection for smart buildings), connections for PVC (PN16) network pipes, three wastewater inlet connections, and an epoxy-coated, anti-shock mounting frame.

The Evac N°30 HQE is also available as a combined unit (for Asian market only). The combined vacuum system includes two 2,900-liter galvanized, epoxy, or stainless steel collection tanks connected with two DN100 pipes, two rotary claw vacuum pumps, two discharge pumps, a control panel for power and regulation (with optional BMS connection for smart buildings), connections for PVC (PN16) network pipes, and six wastewater inlets connections.

With the standard Evac N°30 vacuum collection unit, the vacuum pumps are connected to the collection tank and then the pipe network. These pumps maintain a constant level of vacuum in the system.

The electronic vacuum measurement system regulates the starting and stopping of the vacuum pumps. The collection tank collects wastewater from the pipe network (branch and main) through the three DN80 inlets located in the upper left part of the tank. When the vacuum pumps are running, vacuum is created throughout the system.

When needed, the vacuum pumps stop and the discharge pump is activated to discharge the tank to the sewage system through the DN50 or DN100 PVC pipe. The entire system can be managed from a single PLC control panel. All Evac vacuum collection units are equipped with fault diagnostic systems and volt-free connections for BMS.

Operating principle of Evac N°30 HQE combined system (for Asian market only)

The combined Evac N°30 system, is composed of two vacuum systems, each including a vacuum tank, vacuum pump, and discharge pump. Each vacuum pump is connected to the collection tank and then to the pipe network and maintains a constant level of vacuum in the system.

The electronic vacuum measurement system regulates the starting and stopping of the vacuum pumps. The collection tanks collect wastewater from the pipe network (branch and main). When the vacuum pumps are running, vacuum is created throughout the system.

When needed, the vacuum pumps stop and the discharge pump is activated to discharge the tanks to the sewage system through a DN80 PVC pipe. The vacuum circuit can be selected on the touchscreen control panel. Activating only the first circuit disables the second, and vice versa. When both circuits are activated, they operate in turn.

The entire system can be managed from a single PLC control panel. All Evac vacuum collection units are equipped with fault diagnostic systems and volt-free connections for BMS.
