Oasis of the Seas and Allure of the Seas

Two of the world’s largest cruise vessels prior to the launch of the third Oasis-class vessel, the Harmony of the Seas, each with a capacity of over 8,000 passengers and crew.

Solution

The comprehensive Evac water and waste management solution, supplied and installed on the cruise vessels included vacuum collection systems, vacuum units, and vacuum toilets. For treatment of the black and gray water was the Evac EcoOcean MBBR (Moving Bed Bioreactor) plant installed. The supplied product scope included also food waste vacuum collection systems and incinerators for treatment of non-recyclable garbage. For fresh water generation was Evac reverse osmosis plants installed.

Evac systems can also be found aboard the third Oasis class cruise vessel Harmony of the Seas built by STX France.
