Previously, Katja Laurila has worked both in publicly listed and private equity-owned companies, most recently in the building sector at YIT, Stark Finland and FSP Corporation. She has extensive maritime experience from over ten years in various international leadership roles in Maersk and Wärtsilä, running strategic projects, boosting effectiveness, and elevating the financial performance of the business units.
